We are proud to announce that HumCap has been featured on the Dallas Business Journal’s (DBJ) 2024 list of Veteran-Owned Businesses in North Texas. Ranking #8 – this recognition celebrates our small but mighty team and our commitment to deliver human capital excellence in all that we do. As a veteran founded, owned, and operated company based in Plano, TX – we are proud to share that over 20% of our workforce is comprised of veterans. To qualify for this prestigious list, companies must be at least 51% veteran-owned and headquartered in North Texas, and we are honored to be among the top.

In a recent DBJ article titled “8 Leaders Share Outstanding Traits Military Veterans Bring to a Team,” Tad McIntosh, founder of HumCap, shared his perspective on the unique strengths veterans bring to the workplace:

This national award celebrates our dedication to enhancing the veteran community through our time and treasure. Our passion for helping veterans extends far beyond our office walls and we aim to give back to veterans anyway we can: from supporting causes like the Army Scholarship Foundation to helping veterans transition to civilian careers, we have an unwavering commitment to hiring and helping veterans thrive.
